With Takumi’s portion getting smaller and smaller, we were just glad to have found a new replacement for it, Sushi Hotaru.
Although slightly more expensive than Takumi, Sushi Hotaru’s $3 sushi plates are still much cheaper than most sushi trains in Sydney.

And guess what, I just realised that both Takumi and Sushi Hotaru are actually owned by the same company!! LOL!!
