After trying their newly-opened largest and contemporary Chinese restaurant, we went back to re-visit the owner’s previous achievement, the award winning Zilver restaurant at Haymarket.
Similarly, their Yum Cha menu is now known as the Dim Sim menu. Among the dim sims that we tried during our visit included the usual Har Gow (King Prawn Dumpling) …
… Siew Mai (Prawn and Pork Dumpling) …
… and Crispy Wonton.
Other interesting dishes also included the Roast Pork Belly …
… Ham Sui Kok (Fried Glutinous Dumplings with Pork) …
… and the Fried Prawn and Chives Dumpling.
With similar food offerings, but at a cheaper price, I reckon we liked Zilver better!!
