… claimed that they bring in the very best of Hong Kong cuisine to Malaysia. The funniest thing that happened during our dinner was, the moment we sat down, the waiter came by and advised us that we are not allowed to take any pictures of the interior. Just in case you are wondering how the interior looks like, here it is:

By inviting renowned chefs from Hong Kong and Guangzhou, they do live up their name by offering a wide selection of authentic dishes. It is also claimed to use the finest imported ingredients meticulously chosen to offer a true taste of Hong Kong.

 

Too many choices to choose from… deciding.. deciding.. deciding..

 

After going through the vast menu, our dinner selection for the night consists of five treasure rice …

 

 

… 2 combination rice (roasted pork belly and soy sauce chicken with rice) …

 

 

… fried rice …

 

 

… fried carrot cake …

 

 

… and the flowering red amaranth, or more commonly known as blooming tea.

 

 

Overall, I wouldn’t rate the food as really good, but nevertheless, it was an enjoyable meal.
