Styled as an olden day coffee shop, Sassy’s Red is about bringing the nostalgia out of every Malaysian. As described by owner Simon Goh, Sassy’s Red is a 70s Malaysian Coffee Shop obsessed with jazz.
The contact details of the restaurant is even printed as old movie tickets!!
Besides the complicated-looking menu located high up behind the cashier, another eye catching decoration is the rack, which is full of sauce bottles.
But that is about where the good things end for Sassy’s.
During our visit, we decided to try their Special Fried Rice and Mee Goreng.
Not exactly sure what’s so special about their plain and oily Fried Rice, but their Mee Goreng was definitely special …
… especially with egg shells as an added ingredient!!
